This place is horrible!!! As a new patient I was really impressed from reading their reviews. I decided to give them a tried. I had to wait a little over a month to see a doctor. I received a call four days before my appointment from their office telling me that the physician who they booked my appointment was no longer with their office. So I called them to reschedule, thinking they will have some consideration of having me wait this long . They were offering to schedule my appointment and wait another 2 weeks . In an age when our medical teams are over worked with so many patients I love this woman’s center as they have not strayed from that personal care when it’s truly needed. Melissa you were great and removed some of the stress from the process. Thank you.
Lady at front desk is rude as hell. Snooty. Don’t work in healthcare or customer service if you’re miserable. Just say you’re miserable.
