The Women’s Center was really there for me during a really difficult time. From the beginning with my first call to the hotline to my advocate, Sofia being there for me at court for my PFA hearing. I am truly grateful for their support and for really caring about me and my situation. The advice that I received for court made all the difference. I went to court well prepared. I am writing this review to document my experience seeking domestic violence resources from Women’s Cebter of Montgomery Services, because silence allows harm to continue. In January 2026, I reached out via email requesting DV resources and shelter support. I was contacted by a staff member who stated she had received my email. I recently called Women's Center of Montgomery County and all the lady did was provide me with another agency to call. Women's Center of Montgomery County do not provide any services that is listed on their website because I mentioned one service that's on there website and the lady said oh we don't have that. Really!! I called the other agency only to get another run around and no help. I don't need a run around I need someone to provide me with the help that I need. Called these awesome women to help a friend out of a bad situation. Not only did they get her a bed at 11:00 at night, but they were kind, compassionate and had safety for my friend at the forefront of their minds. The volunteer on the phone tonight was a rock star!
