Dr. Kalo resolved my complaint with empathy and concern and did not make me pay for the service.
I highly recommend this Center. Everyone here is so welcoming and kind. They provide ultrasounds, blood draws, birth control and family planning. I would recommend going to them for a judgment free zone.
The front desk lady was very considerate and patient
I came here and spent 425 she didn’t even give me the picture of the ultrasound and she was rude explaining stuff for no reason. This is my first time ever doing something like this at 22 because of my health and having a high risk first pregnancy. And she didn’t seem to be caring at all. I kept asking questions and she kept getting like mad that I was genuinely just asking a simple question. And she didn’t even fully explain everything right to me.
