Terrible.. Wait 3 hours.. Never going back there again
Worst receptionist ever.The only receptionist i have heard answering "I don't care" Or " i talk how i want to talk" and more like this. Very unprofessional. I would suggest the doctor to check his employees too. And on the phone she told me my appointment is at 12:30 pm so i should be there at 12:00.I was there at 12:00 and she told me my appointment was at 1:00pm.She let everyone else go before me and I ended up at 1:30pm.So i had an appointment and i had to wait 1h30min.They didnt give me any proof (paper) and when i calle... read more
I'm an older woman & needed to get an abortion. I researched all the abortion clinics in the area and I'm so glad I came to this clinic. The staff was so nice and professional. The receptionist really took the time to listen to me and never once made me feel ashamed or embarrassed. The Dr. was very informative and made sure I fully understood what was going to happen before, during and after the procedure. I paid extra for the twilight sedation and it was worth every penny! I became pregnant and needed to get an abortion. The lady on the phone that made the appointment was very nice. I came in and filled out my chart and was brought back for a consultation. The receptionist was professional and answered all of my questions. The ultrasound technician was very knowledgeable and continue to ease my concerns. What I like the best was the privacy. I Would Give This Place Less Then 0 If I Could. They Are Rude On The Phone An In Person. The Office Stinks! Smells Worse In The Back. They Are Not Compassionate At All.
