Very nice Radiology facility
I’ve been coming here for more than two decades. Generally, I’ve had ok experiences. The last time I went in though, one of the receptionists asked for my referrals. One was for that day and two were for 6 months from then. When I asked her for the latter referrals back, she told me they don’t give them back because people “ get confused”. I then asked her to make a copy for me . She declined saying I’d have to get a copy from my provider. I was so stunned I didn’t say anything , but this is condescending and ridiculous. They were careless with me from the start and I’ve been given inconsistent information for two months. I couldn’t even get anyone to sit with me while I got my biopsy to explain my results. It’s like a McDonalds drive thru shuffling people through with little care or consideration for the real people they are treating. I’m not special, if they treated me this way, they will treat you this way. Save yourself and go seek care elsewhere.
