I was with this doctor for 4 years and finally reached my breaking point. No complaints about the doctor, however, the desk staff is THE WORST and the reason that I left. Crazy, right? Incompetence at its best. Inefficient and doesn't follow up when they are supposed to get back to you. Keeps you running around in circles. No one answers the phone for the whole day when they are supposed to be open. Absolutely horrific and will keep dragging this practice down if something isn't done. What a shame.

I am a new patient there … my first pregnancy. I do love my doctor but the staff is not helpful or the best. Hard to ever reach anyone or get answers. I was told my results for my nipt test will be in on the 29 and someone would call. No one called so I called and was put on hold twice for 7 mins and they close at 2pm. Felt they were definitely putting me on hold just to kill time for the office to close. Staff is not friendly at all. I have my gender reveal this coming weekend and it’s hard to get answers!

I have to say...this is the WORST dr you could go to. I've had BV now for over a month, my results came back positive, Dr refused to give me antibiotics. I had an ultra sound done, faxed that over to my NEW REAL Dr, they laughed at it & said it wasn't even an official report rather it was a collection of photos & random info. If you are looking for real help, DO NOT GO HERE. The front desk girls are rude & not helpful whatsoever. And the Dr speaks about everybody's results to the ENTIRE OFFICE. not great. you can hear everybody's information & the Dr was also making phone calls instead of seeing me. They also asked if they could bring their male intern into the room for my ultra sound...(no thank you) The front desk is beyond outdated. I felt badly for the girl, the Dr was yelling at her about a patient. I have to bring my own prescription card to my pharmacy since they can't do it themselves. Very poor care & the Dr was very loud.
