I do not leave bad reviews unless I have a BAD experience, because I know that everyone has hard days. But today was not one of those experiences. My primary care referred me to this clinic at the beginning of 2025 and I have been trying to get an appt since then, especially as I was hospitalized twice this month for a very painful problem. What a terrible experience!! Called in as a new patient seeking an appointment. When they learned I’d seen a GI doctor in January (it’s now August) they told me they couldn’t book me for an appointment. I explained that my current doctor was unable to support my needs. The receptionist was so so rude to me. Trying to start an argument and sassing before I could even finish my sentence. What a terribly rude person. Basically said, you’ll just need to suffer until it’s been a year. Guess I wouldn’t want to go here anyway.
I was disappointed in being able to communicate with staff when I had questions and needed answers. I left messages several times and never received a call back. I really felt like my messages fell into a dark hole and possibly were never listened to. I am spoiled by having a wonderful family doctor that always listens and genuinely cares about my overall health. I didn’t feel like my concerns and frustrations with not finding answers to why I am in so much pain were listened to.
