The front desk staff, as well as Dr. Jennifer, were all very respectful and helpful. Dr. Jennifer provided me with beneficial information regarding my healthcare needs. Very thankful for their time and patience.
If you want consistent and complete quality care, this is the place of choice in Florence hospitals. I have had two high risked pregnancies and trusted this team of obstetricians/ gynecologists.. I ended up quite impressed! The front desk lady was very rude, I was going to be a first time patient here and they denied a pregnant person because I did not have a id on me…… the other staff was very rude too. They took forever to get me an appointment ( I’ve waited over a month for an appointment) and the waiting room was filled with other pregnant woman. I highly do not recommend you put your child’s life in there hands just off of the front desk nasty mouth .
