The call center that you have or the person that is answering the phone make an appointment is the rudest person I have ever encountered. I have called over four times. I have two pregnant daughters. Both of them have had negative experiences. She does not know how to speak to people I just read a review that said the same thing She dismisses anything you say.. she has no respect for the person on the other end of the line and does not care about what you need or who you want to talk to. I’ve never had any issues until today when I tried to schedule an appointment & the representative took it upon herself to hang up in my face. On top of that her attitude was disgusting from the beginning of the call. Don’t expect to keep patients with people like that representing your establishment as a first impression.
Every appointment I’m waiting for 1-2 hours when the appointment only lasts for 5 minutes. It’s ridiculous. Why schedule me for 11am, tell me to arrive by 10:45am just to finally see me at 12:30pm. That’s very unorganized and unprofessional. You all need a better scheduling system
