One Star because I can't give ZERO stars. I would like to say that my bad experience has nothing to do with the people that work there. I thought I would have had a good experience seeing Elizabeth Ene, APRN, FNP-C because usually if they are under mentorship by a good MD then it's usually a good sign but this was not the case. Mind you, seeing an OBGYN in DFW as a new patient can take months! I have 3 other appointments with other OBGYNs lined up because you have to find the right one that hears you and wants to help you. I highly recommend this office for your OB needs! Everyone from start to finish that I have encountered has been welcoming, pleasant & professional. They make it easy to talk to abt your needs and any issues you are experiencing. The one big positive for me is they listen and don’t ignore you and ignore due to your age and say oh it’s because your old like many physicians do. I’m very pleased my my experience here and definitely recommend.

First visit was great but2nd and 3rd, she made me feel like I did something wrong. I got the pellets she suggested but my body rejected one of them. I was offered no other solution. Disappointed.
Appointment was completed less than 30 minutes. Rickky was very nice and friendly! N.A was kind and gentle as well as NP Elizabeth. Thank you team!!
