Why are our veterans dealing with this
RUDE. RUDE. RUDE. The women behind the counter are RUDE. They ignore patients. They act like patients are bothering them. They have an arrogant nasty attitude. If they worked in a civilian hospital or clinic, they would be fired in a heart beat but they are government employees and they know they cannot be fired. Every VA clinic/hospital should be closed and the vets given a card to see a civilian provider. This would save taxpayers a lot of money and get rid of lazy arrogant VA government unionized employees.
