A girl just had a miscarriage, they prescribed her a strong antipsychotic without consulting a psychiatrist based on her mother’s misdiagnosis decades ago that wasn’t even disclosed by the patient. Just based on medical records these doctors assumed was correct. What’s wrong with the healthcare system. They say they “only refer, not diagnose psychiatric disorders” so why would they prescribe an antipsychotic prescription used to treat schizophrenia and bipolar depression. Horrible, these Dr’s will push drugs the minute they can, and you can’t get help when you need it. If you want to be misdiagnosed this is the place! Thought that women’s care would be a champion for women, not just disappointing, but dangerous!
Dr. Timmers is an incredible doc and just a really nice person.
Dr. Timmers, the nursing staff, and the office staff all treated me with gentle and kind care from the moment I stepped up to the desk. On a day when I was so nervous to have a procedure done, that made all the difference in the world. Thank you to a sweet and caring group of ladies who helped me get through a difficult day. I've found my new gynecologist and medical care team.
