I had my first appointment with my new PCP at Primary Care of Milford, today. I couldn't be happier. The facility is nice and spotless and is staffed by very friendly, professional people. My new doctor, Dr. Robert D'Agostino, is great and I know I have made an excellent choice of physician. He took his time during our visit to chat, asked me good questions, listened really well, gave me good advice and helped me with a problem and a few questions. This is a really great office and I recommend it highly.

I switched to this practice after having an awful experience with another practice in Nashua. I had high risk pregnancies with both of my children, and the experience I had with Women's Care was simply awesome! The doctors were reassuring, informative, and extremely supportive. I would refer people here in a heartbeat!

Condescending and rude. They have called in wrong prescriptions for me, lost my urine, failed to follow up on lab results, and given me a run around on how to obtain my medical records.

Horrible service. Lack of care and attention. I'll be looking for a new office!

I WAS very happy with Downtown Medical Associates, and my new doctor, (Dr. Chevy) until I went to him prior to my right shoulder rotator cuff surgery. My date was set for surgery for 2/12. I mentioned I had some very bad palpatations in my chest/heart area. He did an EKG on me, cancelled my surgery for the next day and set me up for more blood work (which I got that day), an Echo Stress test, done 2/20, as well as wear a halter monitor for 24 hours after Stress Echo test. I was to go to him on the 24 to be 'cleared' for surg... read more

I've been a patient here for over 10 years, in the last year I've noticed they are falling apart. No personnel care anymore, no one returns phone falls, waiting days for very important lab results. Go back to basics and stop taking on more patients than you can handle. Will be looking for a new Drs. Office.

I started going here when i found out i was pregnant, and it was a huge mistake. Every time i went in id end up waiting for at least 40 minutes for a 15 minute appt. the service is awful and theyre very unorganized. I called the after hours line in an emergency situation and the on call doctor was extremely rude and unhelpful. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Theyre rude and unproffessional.
