Let me start off with saying...Dr Champion is GREAT!!! And if not for her i would ,NEVER got back...its the staff that does not give a crap and DO NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS!!!! Still waiting on a return call from over a week from nurse...uve left several messages and nothing..even though I was told to specifically call back. So if Dr tells you just call back...forget it...speaking with a nurse...ain't gonna happen. I can not stress enough...they will NOT call you back
I'm newly uninsured for the first time in decades and I stupidly counted on transparency from Women's Care staff regarding my NV. Five attempts for costs in advance of my appt over the course of two weeks. Ultimately, the day prior I am able to hear costs over the phone because I called them over and over requesting appt details to include costs but never received them in the mail. The receptionist were great. The doctor was awesome. When I got to check out my experience, took a turn. The woman named Tammy on the second floor sitting at the checkout desk was very rude. I had to ask her twice If I was in the right place because the first time she ignored me, the second time she woke her hand in the air, as if I was irritating her. no follow up paperwork was given to me. She just told me to go downstairs for labs when I got to labs. The lab tech was great as well. The only bad experience was at checkout.... read more
This place is amazing, I felt completely comfortable and. The staff were very nice and understanding. Dr Jessica Cooper is so nice and respectful I never felt uncomfortable.
