A bit disappointed with my experience here. Twice in two months my appointment was cancelled on me last minute and had to be rescheduled. Both times I was scheduled for a Friday afternoon and after calls asking if I can come in earlier, I was then told they had to cancel due to the provider leaving early. I understand things happen, but twice in a short period of time is very unprofessional. I made an appointment for 8 am. The week before my appointment I get an email that my appointment is confirmed for 8:15. I call to ask them what this was about and they said the person I am seeing is getting in late that morning. I asked if they were going to call me and let me know my appointment time had changed, they said oh we should have. 15 minutes may not seem like a lot but I have to be at work at 9 so it makes a difference.
