Receptionist is rude, office manager quit, bookkeeper is pleasant, yet, bookkeeping and financial accountability raises red flags. Their response to verbal requests for an explanation is met with endless excuses. Requests for receipts (written on 8x11 paper one receives at all other physician offices) is met with eye rolls, stalling and excuses.
