I have been coming here now for 5 years, I love the office so much even after moving an hour away I still choose to make the drive! When I had to change insurance my only concern was making sure that they were in coverage! Katelin is the BEST never judgmental, she is caring and compassionate and will advocate for you. She has always taken me in to consideration when it comes to treatment. I will never go anywhere else!
I had a bad experience. The young lady that helped me at the front counter was very rude and acted as if me being there was an inconvenience. Everything was super rushed. Nobody introduced themselves. I did not see Dr Jothi. It was another DR. Who was the only person that was professional but I still felt very uncomfortable. I love this doctor, but unfortunately my appointment was cancelled by them on short notice. More disappointing, is that they couldn't make accommodations to squeeze me in before another 6 weeks.
