I had a disappointing experience with the front desk staff. When I called with a simple question, the receptionist was unexpectedly rude despite me being polite. Because of that interaction, I chose to cancel my appointment. First impressions matter, especially in a medical office where patients should feel respected. I hope the office works on improving customer service.
I am writing this to express my extreme disappointment with my recent visit. As a new patient, I came in specifically requesting a comprehensive lab panel that included a CBC, CMP, Sex Hormone Panel, and AMH, as I am trying to understand the hormonal changes I've been experiencing and proactively track my health. Ignored the bad reviews talking about how they mess you up and overcharge you and went in anyways. Now I somehow owe $1500 (I have great insurance but I’m not sure how they messed this up so bad that I’m in this mess) for a visit with a rude provider who did literally nothing for me. The most uncomfortable and outrageous experience I’ve had with any healthcare provider. This entire situation has been unprofessional, upsetting and extremely unethical. I received a call from Brianna informing me that I have an appointment tomorrow with the doctor to review my test results, and I was told there will be a $60 charge for using telehealth.
