I called to schedule appointment and one of the front desk ladies didn't if they accepted my insurance. She told me to call my insurance so I did I checked with my insurance they are in network so I called back and another lady (they don't say their names when they answer the phone) told me they don't accept new patients now unprofessional and annoying woman shame on them. I am healthcare provider I am midwife unbelievable
This is the worst check up ever in my life! I was seen by Jessica, NP. She did not do anything, nor even do a pelvic exam, or physical assessment about my complaint of lower abdominal pain. I had a severe pain in the morning which i called 911, but it got better that's why i decided not to go to ER. I called this clinic to ask if my primary is availablr but unfortunately it's not. I am very surprised and disappointed with my experience at the Women's Care Group. Today, I was informed -completely out of the blue- that I had been "dismissed" as a patient at this practice by a front desk rep (Danielle) who more specifically used the verbiage "Disbarred". In 2024 I placed several calls to this practice looking for appointment availability with a previous Physician I'd seen in the past. I had my tubal ligation procedure done recently, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care I received. From the very beginning, my Dr. Manier was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made me feel comfortable and confident going into surgery.
