Profit hungry. They expect you to pay thousands of dollars of your deductible months before the delivery even happens. Not all the your deductible goes to them by the way. Just make sure “life” doesn’t happen to you financially during your pregnancy if you choose this practice. I had to find another OB at 32 weeks pregnant to accept me as a patient. Dr. Melissa Moore is the most amazing OBGYN and I have been a patient 17 years and will never use another Dr ever.
I had surgery at Women's Care Florida and while my doctor's care was good, my experience with their billing practices has been very disappointing. The facility is in-network with my insurance, but the anesthesiologist they assigned to my procedure was out-of-network something I was never told beforehand. Because of this, I received a large unexpected bill that does not apply to my deductible, leaving me with a big out-of-pocket expense. Went in for birth control and was super nervous about the procedure. Angela was so sweet while doing my ultra sound and made me feel so comfortable about everything. Kayla was the person who did the procedure and also was so sweet and kind and made me feel at ease. Great 3rd visit . I think this may be my forever Obgyn.
