Been here several years, some other reviews mentioned noticing a decline. I have noticed staff turnover. I have seen a few different providers. Overall they were nice. My visit today, the MA asked if I was a new patient? (Initially said she couldn’t see my records) then I had to wait OVER AN HOUR for my routine appt. I will probably be looking for a new GYN. The care doesn’t feel personal anymore

If you have TRICARE, STAY AWAY FROM ALL WOMEN'S CARE Branches!!! The only people that I've had good experience with was Dr. Lee and Melanie Fernandez, PA-C. All of their scheduling staffs are absolutely horrible at their jobs and they're extremely unempathetic (Which I don't understand why they're in healthcare if they don't simply don't care). Dr. Melanie Fernandez is absolutely amazing! She is incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly takes the time to listen and make you feel comfortable. She answered all of my questions with patience and made me feel genuinely cared for. She is the best !
I cannot recommend Dr. Lee and the entire office staff highly enough! From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The front desk team made the check-in process incredibly smooth, efficient, and welcoming. Dr. Lee is absolutely wonderful.
