Have been a patient at 3 different WCF offices since 2009 and have never had a bad or subpar experience!
I scheduled my first prenatal appointment with Women’s Care and confirmed it multiple times. The day before my appointment, I received a text stating that my “estimated visit charge is $408.30 and will be due at the time of check-in.” This was the first time that amount was mentioned. I called immediately and was told it was being applied to my deductible, which didn’t make sense to me. I’ve been with this group for 6+ years. I’m so grateful for their welcoming treatment, their knowledge, their guidance, and their genuine care. I’ve had multiple providers and I can’t praise each one enough. You’re in great hands, no matter whose care you’re under.
I’ve been going to this practice for about a year now for varying issues as well as annual testing and my experience every time I’m in the office is wonderful. The reception staff is welcoming and gets me checked in quickly, PA Melanie Fernandez is extremely knowledgeable, so friendly and kind, and makes sure to listen to all of my concerns before giving feedback.
