CONSISTENTLY VERY TIMELY APPOINTMENTS, STAFF IS FRIENDLY AND THE PROVIDERS TAKE THEIR TIME TO ANSWER QUESTIONS.
The Doctor I had was great, but the office staff are really rude. Don't expect much help or kindness from them. Also seems to have been a change in policy regarding billing. Called billing department and they refused to answer the phone or call back after leaving a message. Never used to have such problems till this year.
I am so glad I found Women’s Care! No matter what my health care need has been, I have been treated with expertise, efficiency and caring. My questions have been answered, and even things I hadn’t thought of prior, I’ve been informed about. I’ve been to the Trinity office and the Mease Countryside office, and my review holds true for both. From check in to check out, I was provided a great experience. I highly recommend Women’s Care!
