I'm not sure what the lady's name is at Women's Care by Bayfront who performs the sonograms for pregnant women, but clearly she doesn't seem engaged in her job. She rushes through visits without adequately explaining to first-time mothers what they're viewing. She doesn't elaborate. My daughter is not happy with results neither am I. Also the phlebotomists there NEEDS more training.

The absolute worst medical office staff. Zero regard or compassion. After a lovely positive conversation with the office manager Sarah Baker I decided to give the practice another chance- as I adore my physician. Although the lack of empathy and kindness is POOR . Dr. Nieland and the rest of the staff were absolutely wonderful. I felt listened to and taken care of. The office was clean and professional as well.
