i’ve been a patient for over 10 years here and was not notified of a balance that I had on my account when I called to make the appointment. I also had to call back to provide my updated insurance for the year and still no one let me know of said balance. I took off work, drove 45 minutes to my appointment and they tell me once I ARRIVE that I have a balance due and I can’t be seen until it’s paid. okay, no problem but communication here is HORRIBLE.
