This company does NOT answer its phones— no matter which department you call. It’s now 3/1 and my sister still hasn’t received her w-2 or a call back from the administration office regarding her missing w-2. I started calling on her behalf last week and still no one answers the phone no matter what time of day you call and no one returns phone calls.

If I could give this place a star review it would be no stars such a horrible place I’ve been waiting for a call back from the customer service manager and they said give her 24-48 Hr and I still haven’t received a call back and I called today & some lady Named Lou was very very rude when I tried telling her I was waiting for a call back and she was like I can help you but it wasn’t any help I needed the manager because I’ve been waiting for a refund for months now I don’t know what the issue is because they keep giving me t... read more

Last year, I had an appointment over the phone for a consultation on what vitamins I should be taking. I called first, was told they take my insurance. During the 10 minute conversation with the doctor, she told me to continue taking whatever vitamins I was taking. She did not even help me or point me in another direction. After the appointment, I was transferred to the front desk for them to tell me they made a mistake and they DO NOT take my insurance. So I would be billed.
