I’d give a zero if I could. They provide no real care or service never see the same doctor and after being in pain for months they keep blaming a blood clot in my ovarian for my pain when I haven’t had a healthy period in months since loading my baby and along with severe uterine pain. You’ll die before they even help.

I scheduled an appointment and cancelled the same day. I received a text confirmation for the cancelled appointment. I responded ‘cancel’ and called the office to confirm cancellation. I was advised that the appointment was already cancelled. I have since been receiving a $175 bill via mail, text and phone call. I was never seen. I have left 4 voicemails for the billing department with no call back. I cancelled the appointment after reading the horrible reviews. I’m glad I didn’t follow through with care. My appointment was rushed, I didn’t even know I was done with my appointment until the nurse came in and said you can go to checkout. I went to checkout and the lady sitting there is just staring at me I figured I had paperwork about my results that I was never given. I wouldn’t recommend. Dr. Tracy or any of the ladies behind the front desk.

I continue to receive duplicate bills for services that I had already settled and it has been undeniably frustrating to encounter this issue, especially after resolving this issue and getting clarification that my bill has been settled multiple times. They have lost lab results in the past and didn't have dates I came in despite taking payment for it. Made my first appointment for my first pregnancy a few weeks ago and provided my insurance information. Showed up and was told it was canceled as they no longer accept my insurance. Never got a call prior to advise me of this.
