I had a wonderful experience throughout my pregnancy (and delivery) with Women's Care Brandon office. The entire medical team was excellent and the care and service were all top-notch. This is in no correlation to the doctors or hospital visit we experienced. This is strictly on the financial department. The billing system is ridiculous and god forbid you are given pricing at the beginning of your pregnancy. Beware that prices that are quoted can literally double during your pregnancy and the original price will not be honored. Oh well, great doctors, horrible billing, pricing and customer service
The doctors here were good with my mother. But after she passed away, they owed us money and we have not been able to get it back. Even after I wrote a letter to corporate billing, they called me back, promised to take care of it, and then ghosted me.
Dr. Jones does not take your concerns or expressions about YOUR body. She’s insensitive, rude, and condescending. I left many times feeling unheard. I’ve never experienced a medical horror story until her. Waited in a room for 45 mins with no apology or explanation. NEVER TOLD ME I HAD A FIBROID TO THIS VERY MOMENT. Saw results on Healow app. Does not communicate well with other staff she has calling you and it’s unfair to the team who IS nice.
