Nichole at the receptionist desk was extremely helpful and kind. I appreciated her help so much. On the other hand, dr Heidi Arnold and dr Brantley have been unprofessional.
Dr. Nagella is amazing! After years of suffering she was able to diagnose the problem in one visit and helped me get my life back I will never be able to say thank you enough.
Dr Greg Den Haese is the greatest. His personality and bed side manner is absolutely amazing. He takes the time to listen and give recommendations as needed. Keep up the great job! See you in 2026.
I found out today (accidentally) that I have had a huge credit since 2023! I was not notified of this at all. The billing department said this info isn’t shared unless a random audit is made or the patient calls to inquire about it. I was clearly over charged for a procedure I had in 2023. They could not tell me how much the credit was originally for because they have been using it without my knowledge or consent!
