This was an office experience, my appointment was at 945 I arrived at 10:16 I starting calling to explain I would be 10 to 15 min late at 9:30 , the scheduling system answered each time and told me they were going transfer to office main operator .They sent me to voicemail 8 times. I told the scheduling operator they were not picking up and she stated just continue to come , you will be seen.
