I had an appointment and they forgot to (1) submit my referral and (2) write my prescription. i just found out friday afternoon and nobody can help me until monday morning the earliest.
Who knew asking one question would warrant such a reaction. Genuinely confused on the extreme unprofessionalism and rudeness i received today. Needless to say, I will not be back and will be finding a different provider.
