My first visit in September 2019 was amazing! I always have a hard time finding good doctors and offices that have great customer service and doctors that care about you. Unfortunately, right now in August 2020 all of that has changed. I called yesterday morning in need of an appointment (urgent) and when I called at 8am front desk picked up said with my situation I don’t need to come in until next week. Dr. Texier is hands down the most passionate, caring and down to earth physicians. She and her team are incredibly friendly, caring and knowledgeable. The office is warm, welcoming and clean! She’s unhurried, listens and is all about her patients. She wears her passion on her sleeve for women and their health.
Made it very difficult to schedule follow up after referred from Orlando Health after my daughter had a painful procedure done at South Lake Hospital. From the initial call trying to schedule appointment to following up to see if they received records from hospital, it seemed obvious that they are not looking for new patients. Tammy also stated that they are not taking new patients for what amounted to almost a month, which would be ok for a routine visit, NOT to have a catheter removed after Bartholin gland procedure. Made my first visit quick and painless which I’m so grateful for.... everyone working here was so kind! Thank you Dr. Texier!
Dr Texier showed little to no compassion when I opened up to her about my struggle with post partum depression which was extremely difficult for me to bring up. She seemed very educated but I hope she can work on her sensitivity about the subject of maternal mental health.
