Went to this OBGYN back in July for my 4th pregnancy. Its the first/last time I'll step foot in there. I went it to see Dr. Ying. I had 3 miscarriages prior to this 4th pregnancy. I was told after my 3rd miscarriage by my last OBGYN (no longer In Network with my insurance) that she felt my progesterone was low but my HCG was rising appropriately. This review is based solely on the new billing policy that went into effect not their quality of care. They make you pay for your entire pregnancy year of appointments within the first 3-4 months as a patient on a payment plan. The NIPT (basic genetic testing) was going to cost $1,000 which is absurd because I have standard insurance (Aetna). We are a dual income household with good insurance and I find the new billing policy very unfair for the average middle class family that is not even a high risk pregnancy. Especially s... read more
Dr. Joshua Goldman is amazing he walks you through every step and make's sure that you understand everything. His Postop follow up is great, Michelle called to make sure I was doing ok and reviewed the do's and Don'ts. They truly give me the sense of confidence in Women's Care Team. They made me feel as a person and not just a number.
I was very nervous and apprehensive about the procedure I was having in the office. Renee and Stephanie put me at ease, explained the procedure and helped me relax. I am grateful for their professionalism and compassion. On my next visit, I was very nervous and scared about my upcoming surgery. Dr Goldman explained everything to me thoroughly, was caring and empathetic, and completely put me at ease. Everyone in this practice is caring, professional, skilled, and wonderful!
The staff and doctors are professional and personable. I am so glad I have their expertise and sensitivity for my care. They are completely trustworthy.
