There was a Indian person speaking very loudly in the waiting room. It was quite uncomfortable because I was already feeling anxious about undergoing the treatment, and having to listen to her the entire time was frustrating. I felt it was inconsiderate and disrespectful to the other patients who were waiting. Should consider putting up a sign asking people to keep quiet. Honestly, the noise level was too much for a waiting room where people may already be feeling stressed or anxious.

If you are looking for IUD replacement, this is ABSOLUTELY not a place to consider. Unfortunately, I made this mistake. The place is very unwelcoming and gloomy. I don't know why it is so hard to find a clinic that would offer to women a service for IUD replacement that doesn't look like some underground or illegal clinic where women feel like they have done something wrong. I still feel disgusted by this place. Note, I didn't do the procedure and just cancelled my appointment right there.

Rude. Disrespectful. A dark place. Dim, shady facility creates an impression of a shady clinic of the 80s. Instead of making you feel a welcomed patient, they make you feel like you are forced to hide and be ashamed of something. Stay away. These dinosaurs have to change or die.

$100 for sedation.... Their website lies. Only insertion of IUD is covered by OHIP FYI
