Been a patient of this clinic for close to 6 years, and I haven’t been back since 2022. Let me say, I’m very concerned about what seems to be happening with all the staff turnover. The front office team I was used to is no longer there, and it seems like there is constantly a different face every visit. Unfortunately, this appears to be causing a lot of miscommunication, finger-pointing, and incomplete insurance verification, which directly affects patient care and the overall patient experience. First time there to get papsmear and the front desk girls very nice nurses as well was fast and the doctor also took her time to explain and listen to my concerns. I was in and out in less than 1 hour.
Intake nurse suuper, receptionist in the front and side office Horrible and rude
This place is just a joke. My appointment was 9:45am and i am still waiting(10:38am) while everybody else gets called. Very unorganized
Everyone is so kind and professional very clean office Dr .S mamisay was very kind she explained every procedure with me she took her time and answered all my concerns and explained everything she was very caring kudos to her I would give her over 5 stars thank you all even the front desk girls were very kind and fast no waiting time . I definitely will make this my dr.office .
