I came here halfway through my second pregnancy because I really wanted a midwife. Ever since Monica left, the office hasn’t been the same. The care has PLUMMETED and Dr Monica really fought for me during my pregnancy because her Super is ignorant and doesn’t really listen to the needs of his patients. My wife went here for prenatal care and it was an absolute disaster. Ever since this company got bought out they cleared house and got rid of all there good doctors and office staff. Very unprofessional and never cared to hear our concerns or do anything about it. We have now found a new office in the 3rd trimester of our second child due to lack of care and not feeling safe in there hands. Do yourself a favor and do not waste your time here. Coming from the husband's perspective.

Update 02/2023: If you are pregnant I highly suggest finding a different OBGYN office to provide care. The lack of urgency and care have been absolutely horrific. They no longer have any of the doctors or staff they once previously had and now NO ONE at the office has any professionalism. I have called 5 times today- 1st time I was told id be called back within 15 mins and since has been hours. I have left several messages and no call back. I only went to this place because my insurance sent me here for the specialty services that I need. I was up front during my first appointment about the services that I was looking for. They assured me that they could bill in a way so that all of these services could be covered. I go through several appointments with them. Imagine my shock when I get ridiculously expensive bills for these appointments. My girlfriend has the Arizona AHCCCS insurance, which they said would not cover fertility care. Fine, but they said that they would enter the billing "differently" (whatever that means) so that it wouldn't be billed as fertility care, but something else. I am not a medical or insurance expert, so we just went with whatever they said. (I didn't know how the insurance part works, but in hindsight that sounds a lot like fraud).
