Doctors are great, they listen etc. I started using this location when I was pregnant in 2022. It’s now 2026 and it’s expanded a lot. I went for my annual and Whitney was great. She wanted bloodwork done, and she put it to have it done then. Perfect, very convenient. They called me back, a nurse lead me to a small room that used to be an oversized storage closet. Excellent service and great doctors. Dr. Nagar is amazing, she takes the time to explain things really well.
Horrible experience with the staff there. I will not go to them again and advise others not to go either if you like to be treated with respect.
So far I’m not impressed. The front desk lady barely acknowledged me, or said anything, just handed documents and took my card, all while listening to her music, which doesn’t seem appropriate for a professional setting. The nurse read info for seemingly a different patient, and she also had zero personality, she made no attempt to talk or make us feel comfortable, just stumbled through the intake. Today, I am trying to contact billing for the last two hours, keeps saying it’s closed. I guess they take a verrrry long lunch?
I had a great experience at this office. The staff members were helpful and nice. I appreciate that I didn’t have to wait long to be seen by the doctor. I felt like Dr. McGee genuinely cares for her patients. She is very knowledgeable and takes her time to explain things. I also liked that she checked to make sure I understood what she discussed with me. I also appreciate that my appointment didn’t feel rushed.
