The front desk person ‘Liz’ was so rude and unprofessional. Every time I asked her a question, she would get offended. At the check in, she was so rude. I’m writing this review to share my experience as a recent prenatal patient and to encourage others to protect themselves throughout their pregnancy. I signed an OB Budget Agreement at Women’s Care that clearly stated I had until my 24th gestational week to bring my account current. Despite this, the front desk repeatedly attempted to collect large same-day payments that were not outlined anywhere in my signed contract, and I was told I would not be seen unless I paid immediately.
