I had a wonderful experience at this office! Everyone was kind and helpful! The doctor answered all of my question and we left reassured. My husband was with me and he liked it as well! Tip: There are no sign but you take the elevator and they are on the 3rd floor
Haven’t even been to this location yet but Nina, who called me on behalf of a referral for MFM was very rude and not kind. No warmth or friendliness. First impressions matter, especially to me, looking for a specialist after a 32wk stillbirth loss of my son. Compassion goes a long way and I’m not reassured that the staff is a good reflection of compassionate care. Long wait time for appointment but good experience with staff and doctor.
From my experience with just the receptionist who I spoke with on the phone to schedule an appointment with, I would not recommend going here. She was not friendly at all and extremely rude during the phone call. I cried for hours after hanging up with her because she made me feel so uncomfortable about going there. After reading other reviews about how unfriendly the staff is, I called back and canceled my appointment and went elsewhere.
I received a text to arrive 15 minutes early. My husband and I ended up waiting 2 hours to be seen. After reading reviews, this is an ongoing issue in this office and has been for months. At what point do you fix it? I understand there’s unforeseen issues patients were having which took up the time, but the front office needs to be courteous of people’s time as they are walking in as to how long they would be waiting.
