I went there for a pap smear last Sept. I never heard anything from the office so assumed no news was good news. Found out 6 months later that my results were never processed. I never would have known if I hadn't changed providers. This is the second terrible experience I had with this provider - anywhere else in the Tampa Bay area has to be better than this place.
Stay away. I mean it. They charge $328 just for office visit, for each visit, even though we have insurance. Besides that, they just keep charging us by a doctor named Michael Wagoner. We did not even see this doctor. We paid like around $1500 just for 2 regular visits. They just sent us another $96 bill from this Michael person and I don't even know what was it for. I experienced the loss of a pregnancy over the Thanksgiving holiday. I called the office twice and while the on-call doctors were very informative, there was no follow up or post care provided. I specifically asked the doctors if I should call the office on Monday to schedule a check-in and they said their nurses would be in touch. No one ever called me. I cannot rate this location high enough, I am so thankful for each and every staff member - I felt so taken care of and safe in their hands. I have struggled to find a doctor who would be willing to sedate me for my IUD, and not only did Dr. Bray agree to help, but she reassured me throughout the whole process.
