The Women's Care Center in Oakleaf just needs to train their reception personnel better. When I walked in, I checked in on the wrong side. I asked if I needed to go next door, through the glass doors and all they said was yes. I wasn't told I needed to check in again. When I walked in to the other office, before sitting down I said hi to the receptionist. She said hi back and nothing else. So I sat down. Everyone was really polite, the atmosphere was very welcoming and calming, and the doctor was very thorough with her questions and responses.
That’s the best place to take care of yourself! All the staff are very welcoming and helpful. The doctors are super professional, very knowledgeable and interested in you as a person.
