My initial visit was great with some wait time but my second visit wasn't so much. My appointment was at 10:15 and 11:00 came without being seen so I had to leave to make it to work on time, I understand people fall behind but almost an hour is absurd. Hopefully moving forward my experience will be just as great as the first.

A breast biopsy is pretty painful when not enough lidocaine is injected and then being ignored when telling the staff, including the doctor. I was scheduled for two biopsies on the same breast that day. Second time around, right after the first one was completed, the doctor pushed much much much much more lidocaine. Everything done to me that day, was completely different than "explained". I should've said stop, and leave. Completely unprofessional. What a horrible place.

All staff is efficient, organized and very helpful when you need to navigate different parts of your care journey. I’d like to recognize Valeria, who is a superb RN and who has spent a tremendous amount of time getting to know more about my care and how to help me through... read more

I have no complaints about the front desk. Delays happen when you’re dealing with complicated cases, it’s understandable. I didn’t have appointments with all the doctors of this facility but the ones I did have I can give my opinion. Dr. Belogolovkin is an amazing doctor and incredible professional, would recommend her any day. But would not recommend Dr. El-Azeem
