I’m genuinely surprised by the number of positive reviews this place has received, as my experience was quite the opposite. I want to share what happened to help others make an informed decision. To begin with, there was an issue with my insurance card. The office started calling me repeatedly at 7:30 a.m., yet when I attempted to return the call, I was informed that they do not accept phone calls until 9:00 a.m. Despite their persistent attempts to reach me, I was unable to contact them back until their phone lines opened. ... read more
I wish I could give this location 0 stars. This practice is a churn and burn location with no patient care. You will wait 2 hours to meet with providers, they will reschedule 15 minutes before your appointment even though they require you to show up 15 minutes early and you’re already there and bill you for services that are not necessary/not covered under prenatal care! Cannot emphasize how poor the experiences were at this location and recommend finding any other office for ob/gyn services.
I live about an hour away. But when I go here for my yearly check up, they are very punctual and you don’t have to sit in the checkup room changed or undressed for long periods of time freezing. They are very quick to come in once you’re ready to be checked and you’re out just as quick. Its Worth the drive for me and I get to relax and have ‘me time’ driving back home. Clean and professional atmosphere staff.
This was an amazing facility first time here. Staff was very friendly knowledgeable and wait time was very minimal.
This was my third pregnancy and I had the best experience with Women’s Care. Jennifer, who does the ultrasounds is so good! She makes you feel super comfortable and keeps things light. Curtrice is literally the best! She is knowledgeable, personable, patient and caring. Dr. Hill is by far the best doctor I’ve ever seen. She is so kind, listens to your concerns, doesn’t make you feel rushed and truly cares about her patients. I would recommend Women’s care solely based on my experiences with these women.
