I have had horrible hospital experiences. I was nervous to go at first but then I filled out all of the paper work and it was easy. I was still a little nervous to go but then when I got there the receptionist was amazing. The wait time was not long at all. The nurse that helped me was amazing too. just right now I called to confirm my follow-up appointment and cost. Lisa kept insisting it was an annual and quoted $177, despite me correcting her multiple times that it is a follow-up. last time I was told the cost would be $88–$144, she put me on hold for 20 minutes, then spoke with Sandra. She first confirmed it was a follow-up and $88–$144, then changed it to $150. When I asked why the price kept changing, she said she didn’t know and hung up on me. Completely rude and unprofessional.
