We had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Gregory Layton, and I want to share our story to help other families make a more informed decision. The biggest issue we encountered was his lack of communication and professionalism. From the start, Dr. Layton rarely made eye contact during appointments, which made interactions feel cold and impersonal. The front desk ladies were extremely polite, welcoming everyone with a positive attitude. The tech I saw for my ultrasound was very polite and professional. She explained everything she was going to do. Jackie was awesome as well. She didn't rush me through my appointment, listened to me, answer my questions and explained my options. I highly recommend this office.

Office isn't the same as it was before. They schedule appointments for one provider then have someone else steps in without explanation, doesn't make eye contact with you, doesn't offer any help, and tells you to go to another type of doctor. Waste of time.
