just right now I called to confirm my follow-up appointment and cost. Lisa kept insisting it was an annual and quoted $177, despite me correcting her multiple times that it is a follow-up. last time I was told the cost would be $88–$144, she put me on hold for 20 minutes, then spoke with Sandra. She first confirmed it was a follow-up and $88–$144, then changed it to $150. When I asked why the price kept changing, she said she didn’t know and hung up on me. Completely rude and unprofessional.

i work in customer service and i would never go out of my way to write a negative review but i felt this was pretty uncalled for. I was previously happy with the care I received here. but my recent experience with the front desk completely changed that. When you do reschedule, the next available appointment can be two months away, only for the cycle to repeat with another last-minute cancellation. Availability is also extremely limited. Unless you are pregnant, ... read more

Dr Layton at this office delivered all 4 of my babies from 2017-2024. I was and am very happy with his high level of care! I had 5 total pregnancies and with each pregnancy he provided information and options in a no-nonsense manner. I will note that while Dr Layton remained at this location the whole time, the practice name changed a few years ago. The “re-brand” feels much more impersonal—I liked how the office was run before.
