Waited two weeks for “the earliest they could get me in,” to show up for my first appointment- and told it wasn’t until next month. For my first appointment? Go ahead and wait another month. No. Find someone who knows how to schedule and honors that.
I was nervous coming here due to the low rating but I had a pleasant experience. They were very friendly and helpful. Although today was very packed and waited a bit past my appointment, they were understanding that I was on my lunch break and did their best to get me in quicker. The doctor and the nurses were very kind and friendly. I’m not sure why this place got a low rating, I would recommend this place and will definitely keep this as my primary obgyn.
Doctor John Lydon was probably one of the best and most compassionate doctors I’ve ever had as a young mother I lost my daughter back in 2024 after coming to the hospital at 22 weeks in emergency I felt like I was in labor I was indeed in labor the only doctor who rushed to me was lydon he immediately got to work telling everyone what I needed and tried his absolute best to keep me and my daughter alive unfortunately after everything I was the only one who made it and my daughter passed lydon held my hand and was so compassi... read more
Not sure if they really care about your health. I was told I needed a diagnostic mammogram. I called 4 times and left 2 messages to see how to go about getting that set up and no one has responded. I'll take my business to someone who will return my calls and follow up on messages.
This is specifically for Erika Willetts; she is by far one of the most compassionate, kind, and knowledgeable providers I have ever met! She took the time to answer all of my questions and address my concerns without making me feel judged, and helped me find the best solution for my healthcare. She even remembered notes from my appointment almost a year prior! She went way above and beyond in my appointment and I feel confident in her expertise.
