2/6 Spoke to the office manager Melissa. Apologies go a long way and accountability especially for a big corporation. Everything was handled and explained to me. I have updated my review, but still upset I had to make a big deal just to get it resolved. Hopefully this doesn't happen to anyone in the future. UPDATE: THEY NEVER GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE PRIOR TO MY APPOINTMENT! WAS TOLD IF I DID SELFPAY WITHOUT INSURANCE IT WOULD'VE BEEN CHEAPER....WHY WAS I NOT INFORMED PRIOR TO MY APPOINTMENT. I can’t say enough about Dr Dadiston and the entire office staff. The office runs like a well-oiled machine. The wait times are always reasonable unless there is an emergency. The front staff, nursing staff, and Dr Dadiston are all very pleasant. Dr Dadiston is very easy to talk with, and she takes the time to listen. I couldn’t be happier with this office.
