I’ve been to other Women’s Care and they were lovely. This office is always rude, and unprofessional. Every time I call in, the staff is condescending and impatient. I love my doctor, but she is not worth dealing with the bad attitudes attached to the office. I spoke with someone today about a scheduling discrepancy and she became hostile and hung up the phone. Unfortunately, this office hasn’t had any good impressions on me. Hopefully she actually canceled my appointment since the call ended so abruptly.

Dr. Reichman is cold, dismissive, and unprofessional. An office of this nature should seek to make clients feel comfortable and at ease, this doctor entered the room without knocking and dismissed all of my concerns almost immediately. Upon telling her she should knock, she pointed her finger in my face and aggressively told me she did. I asked her who I could speak to about my poor experience and she told me “you can do whatever you want” and closed the door. I would NOT recommend this office. I saw Ellen Huenink for an annual exam and it was the worst experience I’ve had with any healthcare provider, let alone a women’s healthcare provider. She was cold, harsh, condescending and made the entire experience unbearable. I clearly communicated that I was a nervous patient, and she made the situation significantly worse. I’m deeply concerned that Women’s Care would have providers with such a demeanor treating their patients. Seek care elsewhere.

I found my indefinite obgyn office! I Came here for my annual the other day. Staff was hospitable and patient. Made me feel at ease with my procedure. Nelli at the front end is super professional, and informative.
