Dr. Brown is always able to answer all my questions and support my decisions. I am a anxious person with procedures and she always is encouraging and supportive!
Do not go here - this is sloppy disorganized care from Dr. Brown to the office/admin. MULTIPLE large issues. Pregnancy is supposed to be exciting, and this office caused incredible amounts of distress and frustration.

On one of my visits, someone else’s medical records were on my record for some reason and read out loud to me. That is a HIPA violation. When I said this to the office manager, she was only worried about if I heard the other patients name or not, and not any of my concern that my care for MY body was compromised. I have been a patient at both the previous office in Clermont and now at the office on Corrine Dr. I have been a patient of Dr. Bethancourt for over three years. She is always pleasant and knowledgeable and takes her time with you to answer questions and asks questions. The vibe in the office is very professional and all team members are courteous.
I don’t typically do reviews but Dr Johnson deserves 10 stars if I could give them! The office staff, nurses and technicians are always professional, empathetic, and kind, while Dr Johnson has the best bedside manner I have come to know in years! She listens intently to any concerns no matter how small, and I have never felt rushed or brushed aside.
