The staff was very nice, wait time was less than 5 minutes from my appointment time. The US tech, Nicole is amazing and so kind! Dr. Bray took her time with me and answered all my questions.
Mrs. Linda was very precise, clarified all my doubts, and attended to me in a respectful and humane manner, using words that I could understand and was very careful. And Mari Cruz, the girl who collected my blood, was wonderful too. The entire team, from reception to the end of everything. Thank you very much.

My experience at this clinic was the worst medical appointment I have been through from start to finish. The building elevator was out of service the day of my visit, and the practice is on the top floor, echoing other reviewers having similar historical experiences. Once I checked in, I waited alone in the exam room for over an hour, and no one came in to inform me of the delay or check in on me.
