The team at EPAS RPA and the fertility unit have been nothing but caring, supportive and kind to my husband and I. Our journey has not been easy, as we have had two losses, but every time we have come to RPA the midwives, doctors and nurses have looked after us and have made us feel less alone! Thank you to all the drs, midwives, nurses and the staff!
I was told RPA Hospital is amazing and that’s why I chose it. As per the birthing classes I took , I called them when I was 1 minute apart during my contractions, they responded to me as if I was just overreacting because I was so calm and she was so rude on the phone. I reached there around 2am, the midwife was trying to get ride of me by any means possible. I had advised already I want normal vaginal birth with no intervention at all. I had a good experience of delivery my first baby here in May 2022. The midwives took care of me and my son pretty well. They are professional and I had a hard time about breastfeeding, they helped me out and lend me an electric pump when I discharged from the hospital. Ps. A bit long queue when I had to go for check up but they are good.
I was transferred from Canterbury to here for my second baby and had the most accomodating doctors and midwives. I had, both my surgery at 20 weeks and Caesarean at 38 weeks also. Thank you to my midwife Keiryn that looked after me throughout my time here, you are amazing!
