Dr. Rupp really listens, is very knowledgeable and explains things well. Office staff is friendly and appointments are usually available quickly. I highly recommend this place.
She was great up until she refused to look at symptoms during my pregnancy that were causing me issues. She went on to say I needed to speak to my primary and then my primary sent me back to her and she flat out refused to help and said to me "maybe you need to find someone else to help you. I can't help you."
So, I never had a good experience with a OBGYN and I will say the OBGYN here is absolutely amazing. The place is so clean and comforting. Front desk are super sweet , always with a smile and educated. I meet the doctor and I gotta say she’s like that cool highschool art teacher. She’s super sweet and informative. She addressed every concern I had and is currently helping me with my possible infertility. I felt so safe, welcomed and cared for. I recommend this place to every women out there who is looking for a good practice.
Saw Dr. Rupp today for the first time and I was so happy. First doc to listen and help me with my PCOS issues instead of just using birth control as a cover all bandaid or brushing off my concerns. I was anxious too but she was kind and patient with me.
Dr. Rupp and her staff are amazing! I got pregnant at 19 and was absolutely terrified. By chance, I found Dr. Rupp and am so glad that I did. Dr. Rupp was absolutely amazing and very understanding throughout my entire pregnancy. She was great and realistic while answering any questions that I had. When I was in labor, she was constantly checking on me as much as she could. She kept me sane even when I was panicking. She stayed there with me for hours when I was pushing.
