I have been going here since 2013 and have had the same provider. I have been treated very well and receive the care that I need. I always receive a response to email I send to my providers immediately. I'm very fortunate to have have this clinic.
I have tried with the women's clinic on the 3rd floor for 6 months now and I just cannot anymore. Dr. Varnado provided incorrect and unhelpful information for issues I'm having. She's also incredibly slow and either isn't paying attention to what you say or more likely is struggling so much with the VA's shit computer system she can't focus on what you're saying. Been going to VAWC over ten + years now. Glad that they are still here.
I am disapointed with my latest visit. Usually they are fairly nice. This visit the front desk was indifferent, and seemed like I was bothering them. No eye contact & just basic communications like 'name' & 'last 4' in a robotic voice. I need the Healthcare but these people just seem 'out of it.' Big turn over too. When I first came over 10 plus years ago these lady's were upbeat & friendly. What happened?
