I have recently donated items to this location in hopes that they may serve those who really need them. Both times when I have gone I have been told to fill out the paperwork with my information only and then they will fill out the list of items I dropped off. I did not see anything wrong with this the first time around and honestly, I don't care just as long as the items go to those who need them.
