I previously wrote a review 4 or 5 years ago but after returning to Dr. Gates recently, it feels appropriate to write a new one. I have known many OBGYNs and surgeons and Dr. Gates is by far the best and my favorite. Every member of his team and office staff have always been friendly, patient, and very easy to work with, and I have never had any difficulty scheduling appointments in a timely manner. Since more patients aren’t leaving recent reviews I figured I would. I recently left my former OB/GYN because the wait times and inability to get appointments within a reasonable time frame became unbearable. The office here is efficiently run by a very caring and polite staff. I’ve only had appointments with nurse practitioner Gail, but I can say that she is amazing. Really Rude and awful front desk service I call first time as a new patient and the person who answer the phone treat me really bad if this is by phone when you just want to be see as a new patient I can’t imagine what happen if you go there

This entire office staff is a blessing. I have always been warmly welcomed, and the front desk ladies always manage to recognize me and make me feel at home. Dr. Gates is an incredible surgeon who I truly trust. He helped me and drastically improved my quality of life with a surgery that had previously been done incorrectly by another doctor. It’s a great feeling to know you are in the best possible hands.
