This is the most unhelpful place ever. I have gone here for several years, but usually just for a well visit. However most recently I have been having a medical issue concerning my blood pressure and this place has proved to be so disappointing to the point that my friends and family are telling me I need to find a new doctor and I agree. From the moment I walked in the door, I was treated very kindly. The young woman who checked me in was very efficient and polite. The nurse who took me back to the room and took my blood pressure and weight was very friendly. Lastly Dr. Yoo was absolutely amazing. Listened intently ..asked detailed questions. Seemed very caring and willing to try to work to help me get better. One of the best experiences I had in visiting a medical facility. Very impressed with the Women's Specialty Center team !!
I loved this practice when it opened and recommended it to everyone I knew. Sadly, since Dr. Nancy Rist left it has gone downhill in ways that I would no longer recommend it. They had a jewel of a physician who is no longer there and what I experience now is mediocrity.
When I first started visiting this practice, it was a breath of fresh air. It has consistently gone down hill, evident in their major staff changes with Dr. Rist leaving as well as the new PA so soon after beginning. I often deal with unpleasant office staff who ask you to repeat information you've already given them. I've been in the office in person and experienced them allowing the phone to ring and ring because they are busy chatting about personal things.
