Had a mamogram here a few months ago and then received a concerning letter. I called several times and couldnt get a response. I called my dr. and he had been sent a totally different report than mine. I continued to pursue the imaging center and asked for a supervisor. Finally I spoke with her and it took her 2 more weeks to find answers for me. My bone density test was scheduled 6 months before. I arrived on time and the intake was completed by 10:20. Other bone density patients arrived and were examined. At 11, I asked if my order was misplaced. I was told I was next. More bone density patients were seen. At 11:30, I asked for the office manager. I was told she was unavailable. Absolutely awful and unprofessional. My doctor set me up with a bilateral ultrasound as I can’t have a mammogram due to extreme nerve damage in my breast. The appointment didn’t work with my schedule so I called to reschedule and the soonest they could fit me in was 3 months later. I left my house at 6:45 am for a 7:30 appointment. They then called me up to the desk at 8:15 to tell me the tech did not want to do the US but she would give me a mammogram.
