Absolutely awful and unprofessional. My doctor set me up with a bilateral ultrasound as I can’t have a mammogram due to extreme nerve damage in my breast. The appointment didn’t work with my schedule so I called to reschedule and the soonest they could fit me in was 3 months later. I left my house at 6:45 am for a 7:30 appointment. They then called me up to the desk at 8:15 to tell me the tech did not want to do the US but she would give me a mammogram. Had a mamogram here a few months ago and then received a cincerning letter. I called several times and couldnt get a response. I called my dr. and he had been sent a totally different report than mine. I continued to pursue the imaging center and asked for a supervisor. Finally I spoke with her and it took her 2 more weeks to find answers for me. Her response..."The radiologist hovered too long over a key on the computer when entering my results causing the wrong letter to be sent to me." Do I trust this clinic? NO. I will f... read more
I am not sure of why I did not read the reviews on this place, I had the most horrible experience this past week. The staff was rude, I was the second person to arrive and the last one to leave. The staff was unnecessarily rude and rough with me despite being in a vulnerable situation. They dismissed my concerns and were incredibly mean. I could go on forever, but will say that they will dismiss your pain and issues and just tell you to keep coming back every year. Avoid this place and these unprofessional women.
Bueno doy dos estrellas porque la reccinista es muy amable lo único que no me gusta esque fue a mi mammogram y no me la iciero por x razón y que Daron de aserme una appointment y ya ban con 2 o 3 meces y nada que me avisan 🤷♀️nose que pasa
