I just had my mammogram done. Scheduling was easy. The facility was clean. The front desk was very efficient. All of the staff was very professional and friendly. My appointment was on time. My tech, Lisa N. was so sweet and treated me with compassion and kindness. I highly recommend this facility for your mammogram.
I have been a patient at Women’s Imaging for many years and, until recently, have always been satisfied with the care I received. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been extremely concerning and stressful. Horrible experience! I missed my last mammogram due to Scheduling not calling me back to set up an appointment. I left 5 messages- nobody answers the phone. Finally this year I got an appointment in the mail which they set up without verifying with me if I could make it. I took the day off work because I didn’t want to go two years without one. Booking at least and hour behind. Total greed seeing woman after woman coming in here while waiting. Super overbooked. If I was an hour late my appointment would be cancelled and I’d get a $50 charge.
Horrible practice. Wish I had read the reviews before scheduling. My appointment was rescheduled 3 times over 9 monthes each 3 month from the original date with no explanations. Save your time and sanity. I'd give them zero stars if I could.
