I've been a patient here for years and the last 2 years have been frustrating experiences. I'm highly considering leaving this practice. Trying to talk to a person is impossible. Messages left on voicemail are impossible to understand, incorrect return phone numbers left (no longer in service numbers), extensions not given to return a call. When you do get to a call center person it sounds like they're talking on tin cans. I was told they have a "new system" where you can only leave messages for a triage department. Dr. Kathleen Slugoki recommended a few invasive tests that I felt were so unnecessary, i felt very uncomfortable and annoyed with her. I decided to go get a second opinion. I am SO glad I did. No hysterectomy, or biopsy or invasive bladder exam is needed. Please get a second opinion. She also touched my stomach and said I had fibroids. After a ultrasound it was determined I have 2 small fibroids. Please Please get a second opinion if given alot of invasive procedures ate recommended. Beth is the truth! I love how gentle she is and knowledgeable about my health. She reassured me that I would be ok and my appointment was fantastic. The front desk staff is equally as caring! I have been a patient for over 20years and the care has gotten better and better!
This place has went completely downhill since their surgery scheduler left last year. She was always attentive, got back to you in a timely manner, knew what she was talking about. Now it’s like there is no one person handling it and you get bounced around and nobody ever seems confident in what they are saying. It seems like this place loses a lot of good employees which is a real shame. This place doesn’t care about its patients or employees and is the greediest company I’ve ever seen.
